Preparation tips:Bring 4 L of water to a boil. In a deep dish, pour 500g of Le Renard Superior Quality Couscous Seeds and add 250ml of cold salted water. Let the water absorb while stirring. Shell the couscous after 2'30 and again at 5 minutes. Cook in the upper part of the couscoussier for 10 minutes, when the steam comes out, stir regularly. Pour the couscous into the hollow dish after 10 min. Add another 250 ml of salted water, stir and leave to stand for 5 min. The couscous must absorb all the water and be homogeneous. Steam the couscous again for 5 to 7 minutes without covering, stirring regularly. Pour into the serving dish, seed, butter and serve.
